The Madness of the Universe
Yeah. Some of you may be wondering what on Earth I am going on about when I start talking about the Universe being totally, completely and utterly insane (to quote my Facebook status)
I have no idea. Now, this isn’t to say that I’m making it up; far from it. I merely have no pinpoint event, or reason, or evidence that it has. I can just feel it.
It came about on Thursday night after I’d finished working at a workmate’s birthday/leaving do in Pulse. I stood in Mine bar, drinking my Coke, when the oft-ignored-but-soberingly-real wave of serenity and all-familiar feeling in the back of my neck manifest themselves. That is the point in which the Universe decided to gain mental instability.
Events over the past few days have (either reactively or pro-actively, depending on people’s theories of metaphysics - a discussion left to a better time) confirmed/fuelled my theory about the the Universe. Not going into detail, things that I would never have expected to happen have; similarly, things that seemed to be dead certs to happen haven’t. It’s not so much confusing and perplexing as it is just a play on my own naïvite (I think…)
But yeah. The Universe has developed insanity.
Wicked.
