Sunflower seeds, and how insomnia makes them taste sooo much better…

So, like, I’ve “discovered” insomnia. Well, that’s kind of not true, but for the purposes of this academic year, it is. For all the bad points that insomnia has, I find it has some rather good points too.

Like ice cream. (I’m not comparing the good points of ice cream with insomnia :-P )
And sunflower seeds.
And conversations with people you’d never really converse with during the normal course of, say, a millennium.
And sunflower seeds.
And the meticulous attention to detail that is needed to proof-read anything typed, because one’s brain just doesn’t have the cognitive power required to do the things right the first time.

Now. Back to the whole insomniac conversationalist skills. I have none. Hence my blog. It’s one-way, the only feedback I get is random comments either from facebook friends or real people (not that my facebook friends aren’t real :-S), and i get to take my time and deliberate what I should say.

Hmmm… I’m actually losing coherence and sounding rather mad… Yay!

“Yeah, so, umm, I wanna ask a girl out and I don’t know if she’s just being friendly or likes me too…” *slap* grow up kid, you’re old enough not to complain about that shit nowadays…

You are never too old to complain about that stuff! And sanity is overated…
